Please read these Rules before entering this Contest. By entering the Contest an entrant represents that he or she satisfies all of the eligibility requirements stated below and agrees to be bound unconditionally by these Official Rules and all decisions of Whirlpool Canada LP (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

Contest is only open to retail sales associates of authorized dealers of Sponsor, who complete the Whirlpool Central Reimagined 2021 Contest by logging in to the WhirlpoolCentral.ca site at least once during between July 21 to September 15, 2021 (“Contest Period”) and continue to be a retail sales associate of an authorized dealer of Sponsor on the Selection Date (as hereinafter defined) (“Eligible Entrant”). The login is worth one automatic entry and from there, the retail sales associate can earn up to a maximum of 10 entries by spending time on the site using the tools and resources provided. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Contest judges, as selected by the Sponsor. Employees of Whirlpool Canada, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, its advertising or promotional agencies, or members of their respective families living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. Up to 10 entries per Eligible Entrant, dependent on engagement within WhirlpoolCentral.ca. In addition to receiving one entry at the time of log in to the WhirlpoolCentral.ca site, Eligible Entrants will also be automatically entered for a chance to win upon the completion of one or more components of the Whirlpool Central Reimagined 2021 Contest, including completing tasks within the Contest entry framework, by 11:59 p.m. EST on September 15, 2021 (“Contest Close Time”). Each completed component will qualify for one entry. A maximum of 10 entries per person only is allowed during the Contest Period.

Late entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Whirlpool Canada, and none shall be returned. Whirlpool Canada, or any of its affiliates, or promotional agencies associated with this Contest is not responsible for incomplete, lost, stolen, late, damaged, illegible, or misdirected entries.

PRIZE DETAILS

Each Prize includes delivery to one Canadian address, as supplied by the winner. Any costs or expenses associated with a Prize including but not limited to installation of a Prize and removal of existing appliances will be the responsibility of the winner. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. No Prize substitution (or portion thereof) will be made, except for the right of Whirlpool Canada to make a Prize substitution of equivalent or greater value in the event that Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The Prize may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash.

RANDOM DRAWS

Fifty-two random draws will be held on September 23, 2021 at approximately 12 noon (EST) in Hamilton, Ontario by an independent judging panel, from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Time.

The first of three draws will be made from all combined eligible entries received. The selected entrant, once validated as the winner, will be awarded the KitchenAidⓇ Kitchen Suite Grand Prize. The second of three random draws will then be made from all remaining eligible entries received, with the exclusion of the first winner. The second selected entrant, once validated as the winner, will be awarded the Whirlpool® Laundry Pair Prize. The third to 50th random draws will then be made for the remaining package of 3 bottles of SWASH™ laundry detergent Prize from all remaining eligible entries, with the exclusion of the first two winners. Remaining Eligible Entrants may win one Third Prize only.

In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer unaided, the time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone or email by a Whirlpool Canada representative. Two (2) attempts will be made to contact the entrant selected as eligible for the Prize at the telephone number or email address provided on the Contest online registration. If an entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) days from the draw date, he or she is no longer eligible to win and another entrant will be randomly selected and the process of contacting the newly selected entrant will be repeated. No communication will be entered into except with the selected entrants.

By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, city and province, photograph, voice and/or image, without compensation, in any future publicity, including Internet publicity, carried out in any media by Whirlpool Canada in connection with this Contest, where permitted by law.

The decision of Whirlpool Canada shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Time.

Each winner will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with these Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing Whirlpool Canada, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, successors and assigns, from any liability respecting the acceptance of the Prize. The declaration must be completed and returned within fourteen (14) days from receipt.

By accepting the Prize, the Prize winner agrees to hold Whirlpool Canada, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in any way connected with the administration of this Contest and use of the Prize. The Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this Contest or use or redemption of the Prize. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

Whirlpool Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Contest for any reason, without notice, subject to approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (the "Régie"). Quebec residents may submit a litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Whirlpool Canada for the purpose of administering the Contest. By entering the Contest, entrant consents to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in Whirlpool Canada’s Privacy Policies, which are available at https://www.whirlpoolcorp.com/privacy-notice-united-states-and-canada/. Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood these rules by participating in the Contest.

Whirlpool Canada reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be violating these Rules or tampering with the entry process. Whirlpool Canada reserves the right to refuse an entry from a person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. Any attempt by anyone to deliberately undermine the legitimate administration of this promotion is in violation of criminal and civil laws and Whirlpool Canada reserves the right to seek damages or other legal remedy to the fullest extent permitted by law. Whirlpool Canada and its affiliates and respective advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
